I have a Lexmark X1290, the printing job would be process but stopped at 99% and no paper comes out.?
I have a Lexmark X1290, the printing job would be process but stopped at 99% and no paper comes out.
There is no error message, Stand-alone Self-Test Page works Okay. Reseat the USB cable won't help fix it. Works fine before with firewall&Anti-Virus. Enable "Bidirectional Support", but still not work. That's the best I can do.

Is it likely that your FireWall is interferring? Shut it down, disable it, for a few minutes and try to print.
The ink ports on the ink cartridge are clean?
You might want to re-install the driver. Delete the present printer program, and then reinstall it. Make sure you follow the instructions. Sometimes you have to run the cd BEFORE you even plug in the printer.
