Who thinks the house bill to audit the Federal Reserve will pass?
And what would they find?
My predictions are:
1) The bill will pass.
2) It will turn into a fiasco because the government auditors are trained in FAS (Federal Accounting Standards) while the Federal Reserve uses GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Practices).
3) Much time and money will be wasted
4) It will take much longer than people expect
5) The audit will find discrepancies (mostly due to disagreements between the Fed and the Auditors as to how to properly account for certian trnasactions).
6) The final result will be that the Feds books are a fair and accurate portrayal of their financial situation.
7) The Ron Paul supporters will immedeatly start coming up with conspiracy theories to explain away information they did not want to hear.
