Dell Optiplex GX-270 Hanging Problem?

first i do attached my old IDE hard drive to copy data to new hard drive i connect these three devices two IDE and one sata. i started my pc and copied all data . but after retsrt my pc gets hang.
Attached Device Ino:
Sata Primary slot 0 : 320 Seagate Barracuda
Secondary Master: IDE Sony DVD Combo Drive
when i attach my DVD Combo Drive my system hangs on startup i can see a message diskette drive 0 not found and the pc hangup .
i checked it while pressing numped on keyboard but its 100% hangup
when i de-attach the DVD rom it works fine
what should i do to resolve this problem.
when dvd writer detected sata har drive not detected when sata detected dvd writer not detect. both are not detecting with same time
Go to your IDE config inside your BIOS and set legacy IDE Emulation to ON.
Avoid any "Enhanced" mode settings.
Then go to boot devices and set your optical drive as the second boot device.
There is always the trick to boot in windows (safe mode) and set your CD rom interface to PIO mode.
