I have a JVC GR-D347U camcorder and I'm trying to connect to Dell Optiplex computer. Can't find firewire port.?
I don't think this Dell has a firewire port for me to plug a DV cable into so that I can upload video to put on a slideshow DVD. How would I install a port, and where can I get one?
The firewire port may be difficult to find on a PC since it is known by 4 different names, has several different markings, and can be found in several different places. If you do not have a Firewire port, you can add an I/O card with Firewire ports if you have an open card slot.
