My HDD and CPU Overheats?

Due to lagging of Game,I have downloaded Speedfan to check temp of CPU and HDD .It shows 70 & 51 degree
as well as fire symbol for CPU and HDD respectively.Its overheating what should i do
to prevent overheating.

If its a laptop u cant do much about it.
But if its a desktop try keeping it in a place where it would be better ventilated. Preferably keep it open.
If the overheating is proving to be a serious problem, you could consider replacing the cabinet with one which has a better cooling system.
