i cant play final fantasy XI on my pc?

i just got the game i installed it but it wont run so i uninstalled it and downloaded it from there site now it runs ok so i can look at all the things but when i try and play final fantasy it saying unable to start final fantasy XI becouse its not installed error:020 i also did a check at nzone to check to see if my computer can run that game it. IT can so i dont know what to do i have windows vista also i opened up playonline viewer config did system information and i look in system and it is saying the CPU unknown AuthenticAMD Processor, and for type of chip unknown video chip and it saying playonline viewer path install C: programs,,final fantasy XI install path not installed,tetra master install path in C:programs so what could i do

It looks like you havent installed FFXI... just the Playonline Viewer. Install FFXI and try again. be sure to install it in order.
