How can I Update CSR Bluetooth Driver for Windows 7?
Hi all,
My mother has just applied some Windows Updates yesterday. When I am working on her pc, I found that the my USB Bluetooth dongle has stopped working. It was working fine before the updates, but now the only thing left is the device in the Device Manager list showing CSR Bluetooth 3.0 with a question mark next to it. I have tried to roll back the drivers but failed and neither the question mark guided me to a driver update wizard.
Can this be addressed and fixed?
You can update your CSR Bluetooth Driver by going directly to the manufacturers' website of your USB device where you can search, specify, and download the latest update of your device driver. Try checking the box of your USB device for the information about its manufacturer, and if the box is not available anymore follow these steps:
Right click your "USB Device" (the one with a question mark), click "Properties", and click "Driver" tab, click "Driver Details", and then details regarding your USB device will be displayed with the "Provider" of your device. Now you can search for the main website address of the manufacturer by using the provided company/manufacturers' name.
