how do i find the internal diagonal of a cube?
Sorry its in my maths textbook and we haven't gone over that in class, please help me or give an explanation or something.
You just use the Pythagorean theorem in 3 dimensions. If s stands for the length of a side of the cube. The diagonal is equal to:
sqrt(s^s + s^2 + s^2) = sqrt(3 s^2) = sqrt(3) s.
Where "sqrt" = √ = square root and s^2 = s² = squared.
