I need a motherboard that is <$200, compatible with OCZ Flex XLC 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1150 (PC2 9200) Dual Channel, has a slot for a core 2 quad/extreme, is ATX and has at least 2 pci-e 2.0 x16 open slots. Sound card needed video card optional ( gonna upgrade anyway). 1600/1333 MGz dual channel supported, has 4 ddr2 slots with at least 3 sata, 10/100/1000 mbps network card and 8 usb rear slots
