To be safe & to future proof your system I would go with at least 650watt with at least 25 amps on the 12v rail with a 6 pin (2x3) PCI-E connector & an 8 pin (2x4) PCI-e connector.
I am running an ATI HD 3870 X2 1gb GDDR3 video card that needs both the 6 pin & 8 pin to overclock useing ATI overdrive option in their CCC. I have a Rosewill Green Series RG630-2 that I bought from Newegg.com for $54 with free shipping. It has both the 6 & 8 pin connectors & a totel of 50amps on 4 12v rails & is still on sale for the price I paid.I also have a Pentium Extreme Edition 840 CPU, 4gb of DDR2 PC5300(667MHz) DVD- RW, CD-RW, 3.5" floppy drive, Soundblaster Live CT 4870 soundcard, Ethernet card, 4slot USB 2,0 PCI card, 5 blue LED 80mm fans & 3 gaming contolers. Everything works great & PC has never crashed due to Power problems.
