How do I reformat my dell inspiron laptop?
I dont want to lose all my programs and updates and bookmarks and such but I seem to have some sort of virus and i think that I can easily recover what I would lose by reformatting.
I have windows vista on a dell inspiron laptop.. how do I reset it to factory default or reformat or whatever?
there's no way to reset to factory default nor reformat without losing all the data on the drive. you will need to backup everything you need. you can use the support disc that came with your laptop to reset it to factory settings
