Find the possible number of batches of each product that can be made such that all of the available materials are used up.
1) Nutrina Feeds manufactures the dog foods RUFF, FLUFF, and PROWL from a blend of wheat and soybeans. A batch of RUFF uses 1000 pounds of wheat and 3000 pounds of soybeans; a batch of FLUFF uses 2000 pounds of wheat and 7000 pounds of soybeans; and a batch of PROWL uses 2000 pounds of wheat and 5000 pounds of soybeans. Suppose that there are 15,000 pounds of wheat and 50,000 pounds of soybeans on hand.
This is the answer on the back. But, i don't know how they got that answer. Word problems are hard to solve for me.

Industrial Storage Tanks
Industrial storage tanks are used as containers for liquids, and at times compressed gases. In some countries, storage tanks operate with almost very little to no pressure. That makes them different from pressure vessels. Storage tanks are normally shaped like a cylinder, angled perpendicularly from the ground, and has flat bottoms with fixed floating roof. These reservoirs can be covered or may be placed underground. These are what we call underground storage tanks or reservoirs.
Storage tanks are available in many shapes: vertical and horizontal cylindrical; open top and closed top; flat bottom, cone bottom, slope bottom and dish bottom. Large tanks tend to be vertical cylindrical, or to have rounded corners (transition from vertical side wall to bottom profile, to easier withstand hydraulic hydrostatically induced pressure of contained liquid. Most container tanks for handling liquids during transportation are designed to handle varying degrees of pressure.
Building a bunding or containment dike around storage water tanks is a means to prevent leakage. This is considering most liquids do spill, evaporate or leak through even the smallest hole. Floating roofs are considered a safety requirement as well as a pollution prevention measure for many industries including petroleum refining. This floating roof rises and falls with the liquid level inside the tank, thereby decreasing the vapor space above the liquid level. Some storage tanks need a floating roof in addition to or in lieu of the fixed roof and structure.
