Is there some way to connect a USB Turbo Stick (or Power Stick) to a wireless router?
I bought this TP-Link wirless router and looking for a way to connect this with a Turbo (or Power) Stick instead of cable, satellite dish or broadband. This will then send wireless high speed internet signals to wireless USB sticks in all 4 computers in my house. Is this possible???
The usb port on a router is part of the local network (along with the ethernet ports and the wireless network). You cannot plug your cellular modem into the usb port and use it to route over a carrier network. You could possibly accomplish this using a laptop - use the USB adapter for Internet access and talk wireless to the local PCs. Or, you could just buy the service from a carrier (eg mifi).
