How do I clean Mineral Oil off of my PC hardware? And how do I dispose of it?

A few years back I built a computer submerged in Mineral Oil. It works great, and is awesome to look at. But I need to upgrade my computer and the mineral oil doesn't help. I bought a new computer case, and I'm scrapping the mineral oil tank. Does anyone know if theres an easy way to clean the oil off my PC parts? also What do I do with the oil? I'm pretty sure I can't dump it down the drain or flush it down the toilet. Any help on this would be nice.

Thanks,

-Joe

The mineral oil can be removed from the PC parts with brake cleaner, you can buy it at any auto parts store, unless you live in California. Disposal can be a problem, you might try calling the environmental department of your city and see if they have a household hazardous waste program they may be able to handle it as used engine oil.
