How will know if my ink in color catridge is dried up?
It will not print in color or on glossy side of photo paper. My computer is Apple, printer is Hewlett Packard and photo paper is Kodak.
Did you check that the printer was mac compatible? If it is, install the mac software that came with the printer. If not, then maybe you need to change the ink cartridge since its not printing in color or in glossy paper.
